Park Slope Estate

This 1899 historic townhouse had been owner-occupied for decades by a sculptor, so we were thrilled to incorporate her original artwork into the living and dining rooms.

We began with a full refresh: skim-coating and repainting all walls, repairing and refinishing the floors, updating appliances, and replacing all outdated light fixtures. The result? A cohesive, clean canvas that honored the home’s heritage while feeling fresh.

Highlighting the homeowner’s creative background, the sculptural art became key staging accessories—celebrating personality while reinforcing continuity and curiosity for potential buyers.
