Full Staging: Vacant or Model Homes
The best showcase for your listing is a home beautifully styled with our carefully curated furnishings. Our vacant stagings are fresh, clean, and add the visual excitement you need to engage a buyer.
We start with a complimentary walk-through, then develop a custom plan for your listing. Our stagings have consistently proven successful in quicker and higher priced sales.
Full to Partial Staging: Owner-Occupied Homes
We understand the needs of the seller who wishes to remain in their home while it’s on the market. Our specialty is working with what the seller owns whenever possible, supplementing it when needed, and making the home shine with possibilities.
We begin with a consultation walk-through to see the space, measure and take notes. We’ll then present a detailed proposal and budget for the project.

Staging Consultations for Homeowners
This is a great option for the homeowner who needs a guideline for what to do to get their home ready to sell, and is willing to do the work themselves. Cost is dependent on the number of rooms in the consultation. We can also do this online with Facetime or Zoom.
