Stuyvesant Heights Townhouse
This 1899 historic townhouse, previously updated but used as a rental, needed thoughtful rejuvenation. Working as much as possible with the owner’s existing furniture and artwork, our home staging team carefully enhanced the space, adding key pieces where needed to elevate the overall aesthetic and functionality.
Inside, our contractor replaced worn lower-level flooring with our selections of durable linoleum tile and refreshed the walls with new paint. But the real transformation took place in the rear garden and the adjacent storage shed—areas previously neglected and filled with clutter, ideal only for storage.
Our skilled contractor, working to our specification, created a dramatic new opening and installed a stylish barn door, then painted the space to complement the interior flow. Landscaping enhancements included fresh plantings and a clean, power-washed backdrop. To bring the space to life, I staged the shed and outdoor area with inviting lounge furniture, plush cushions, and a chic bar—turning it into a compelling outdoor retreat.
