226 St Johns Place – Living room with yellow walls, white sofa, glass coffee table, and wood-trimmed doorway to dining area with fireplace.

This 1899 historic townhouse had been owner-occupied for decades by a sculptor, so we were thrilled to incorporate her original artwork into the living and dining rooms. Highlighting the homeowner’s creative background, the sculptural art became key staging accessories.

We began with a full refresh: Our skillful contractor skim-coated and repainted all the walls, repaired and refinished the floors, updated some appliances, and replaced all outdated light fixtures to our specifications. The result? A cohesive, clean canvas that honored the home’s heritage while feeling fresh.
